[DECtalk] Spanish and English voice in the same package

Hello,

I am looking for a freely available, small, predictable speech 
synthesizer that can read both English and Spanish very 
accurately.  Does anyone have suggestions for voices other than 
eSpeak or Eloquence that either have an NVDA driver, or that go 
through the SAPI interface please?
