[DECtalk] softvoice nvda addon with majer improvements

My experience with the new SoftVoice NVDA add-on is interesting. Every time
I load it, the voice sounds very high-pitched and unintelligible, to be
frank. It sounds sort of like The Fly at a high pitch, but that is only an
approximation. The only way I could change voice variants was reading the
NVDA menu in braille. If I switch voices, the problem goes away until NVDA
exits. This weird behavior upon loading the add-on occurs regardless of
which voice I have selected. Strange! And yes I did use another synth to
uncheck the automatic language switching, dialect switching and trust voice
punctuation/symbols before loading Softvoice for the first time. I think for
now I will switch back to Acapela TTS for NVDA which I purchased licenses
for earlier this year.
