[DECtalk] DECtalk 4.6.1 vs 5.0

apparently. Nobody's talking about 5.0 if they know of it, and it's
all murky. The emic demos are the only living demos of 5 I've heard.
They sound like FonixTalk to me, just less fluffy and muffled.
