[DECtalk] Klatt Speech Synthesizer

A formant-based synthesizer is incredibly complex, and is difficult even 
for teams of professional computer programmers. I would advocate not 
attempting research into speech synthesis technologies until well into 
university and only with a solid background in computer science.
