[DECtalk] Custom User Dictionary

Hi all...

I'm having issues creating a custom user dictionary. I'm using windic.exe
to create the file, but it's giving me the following error:

When I try to add this to the dictionary file:

haz wx info [hx' aez rrd axs   w ' ehdhrr  ` ihn f rrm ' eyshixn]

I generated the phoneme by highlighting the full word (hazardous weather
information) and clicking "translate".

Any ideas?
