[DECtalk] another interesting discovery

So, I was looking around the interwebs again, and I found another 
hardware synth emulator. This one is even more primative than SAM. It 
uses one allophone for each in English, so it was astonishingly compact. 
The chip was called the sp0256, and I've uploaded a sample and the 
emulator to the share. You can also download both at
