[DECtalk] changes made to the archive

I've just finished a few hours' work on the archive, so I thought I'd 
tell you what's new.
1. The extra files from the bluegrasspals archive have been merged into 
the share.
2. the Sam software is uploaded.
3. A lot of junk has been deleted.
By the way, you might want to clean out the .syncArchive folder, as it 
only contains the deleted junk. Leaving it won't hurt anything, but you 
can save some disk space.
