[DECtalk] Dectalk 4.6.1 SAPI from Enable Rehab

Hi,

Is there a replacement program for this?
I just proposed the one on www.theflameofhope.co/dectalkreader1
and NV Access said this wouldn't be legal because the original company
doesn't exist anymore.
