[DECtalk] Speech Player recording

I have tried this earlier version now, but it doesn't sound any better 
to me. I think part of the annoyance of this voice is that the consonant 
sounds are too loud. I think that it sounds better with 
frame.fricationAmplitude set to 30 or even 20.
