[DECtalk] getting the software dectalk run time for linux working with any linux screen reader

Hi, I have a dectalk express I am using on my desktop with both windows 
and linux installed using the speakup screen reader and was just 
wondering if anyone here has managed to get the linux software version 
of dectalk working with any linux screen reader?  I remember a long time 
ago someone had managed to do this but am not sure what they did to make 
this happen.  Nick Gawronski
