[DECtalk] Sapi synthesizer: Chatterbox, my thoughts

look:
a .pi script is simply a script made for nvda.  Anyone can make scripts 
for nvda, just as they can jaws.  There should be nothing wrong with the 
.pi script you are referring to.  And yes, chatterbox is ok.  If it's 
free, it's free, and if the devs discontinue it, hey, it's, still, free.
