[DECtalk] sliding with syllables ey and uw

Something like:
[:phone on] [:np]
[_<10,131>ey<300>ax<10,150>ey<300,170>]

The shorties are there to force time to jump quickly. Remove them for
a slow slide, but the final pitch destination won't be reached until
100MS before the end of the note. Experiment wiht times and whatnot.
Hertz values allow this to happen. I will cite an article that
