Wow, wow.  Are you saying the NVDA Dectalk driver that does not 
use gwdec 32 that is in the nvda dropbox folder is legal?

  First, I think that's illegal.  Second, it doesn't work.  You
 should use the
  direct driver; there's a new version that works even better.
