[DECtalk] Speak43

James,
The Dectalk 4.3 speak window can only open files called demo.txt. I am
attaching a zip file with that window to ensure you have all the necessary
files. The copy I have includes a number of songs as samples of what can be
done. The authors of most of them are unknown.

Oh! Forgot to mention. I did find the speak43.exe file on another ftp
server. However when I try running it, there's an error. (Send error - Don't
send error) message pops up. And something about a file not opening. I'm
assuming there has to be an .ini file that works with speak43.exe.
