[DECtalk] sapi ductal now available

I can understand where you're coming from.  It sounds to me like that 
feature can be added again if you let the company know, hey, this is what we 
won't.  And yes, in the binary package with the speak window there are six 
languages.  I can also see that the binary package with the speak windows 
were put together by force as there original software package, which 
includes sapi4 support.  However, when trying it under sapi4, the synth 
refuses to function.  But, if it did function under sapi4 like they 
intended, you would have had all six languages under that spacific platform, 
but it's hardly ever used.  So I'd have to agree on where you're coming from 
with the multilingual dectalk for sapi5.  I myself, am an english user only, 
but I try to think outside the box.
