[DECtalk] sapi ductal now available

I just tried the online demo as well. My problem is that I can't get
anything I type to convert to TTS. I selected a voice, typed text and
pressed enter on the Play button. Nothing happens. I tried the demo using
both Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers; Jaws and NVDA screen readers.

Ewww, I just tried the demo speak window.  I put in, "Can I have a coke"?
And coke, sounds like coat.  And if I didn't know what it was saying, I
would never understand it.
