[DECtalk] Sapi DECTalk With jfw

Is there any way of checking the registry key for a voice? determining the 
sampling rate is easy enough, D speech will update its format based on what 
voice you have selected, and from there you just translate that to the 
sintax needed for the jaws config file. But the registry key I'm not so 
sure.
