[DECtalk] What Version of DECtalk Is This? (Link To AudioFileIncluded)

I have an Access 32 version 4.6 that sounds similar, but this weather
radio DECtalk was probably set-up in the late 90's or there abouts.
I'll try to search around online for some other stations that still
use DECtalk for anything meaningful and make some recordings.
