[DECtalk] User dictionaries for Speak windows

Hi,

Okay. But I was wondering about user dictionary generators/compilers for the 
older Speak windows. For instance, Speak43 has a "Load User Dictionary" 
option on the File menu. How is such a user dictionary generated?
