[DECtalk] Access 32 Legality Questions

Well, I have 6 versions of the hallelujah chorus done,  the above link is 
to one of them.  I think it shows how important Dectalk  is because without 
it no one could do anything like this.  I look forward  to sampling other 
sapi's.
