[DECtalk] something i heard

I agree with Michael about the testing/versions. If/when there's new
DECTalk code to play with, don't hesitate to have one of the
programmers/developers post demo clips to this list for us to listen.
I'm probably correct in saying that most of us have heard that classic
DECTalk sound we're all hoping for.
