[DECtalk] Surprise! Dectalk 5.0 SAPI

Hi,

I did some tests with this just now, you can send text to DT SAPI
directly by using the TTSApp.exe program. This allows singing of SAPI
DT. It's not perfect (no spaces are allowed in code and it can't work
with the [:dv] parameter for some wierd reason), but everything else
works pretty well when singing.

If anyone needs the TTSApp.exe program, email me off-list and I'll
gladly send a link.
