[DECtalk] Access 32 On Windows 7

Hi guys,

I just recently obtained a copy of DECtalk Access 32 from school.
This is the version of DECtalk distributed with Kurzweil 1000.  Is
there any way of making it work with JAWS on Windows 7?  The program
runs--it shows as running in task manager--but it is still not working
with JAWS.
