[DECtalk] Any news?

Hi,

I know it isn't 4.3 we've got here, but I'm just saying to help the
clipping and so on. I doubt it could sound even remotely like 4.3.

I tried using a dictionary file (dtalk_us.dic) from 4.64 to se if that
made any difference, no dice. Same voices and pronunciations.
