[DECtalk] Any news?

I think we should try one last ditch attempt to get this thing
working. I mean, this would be huge if we could get it working! I'd be
overjoyed to use a classic DECTalk SAPI version. I'm worried that if
we get overly excited they'll stop trying to develop this.
