[DECtalk] Another example

hi Alex, I tried the links that you posted, and I can't get it to download.

So, just to clairify, I went to get the sapi demo, and it says your download 
is ready, and below right after the ads, I see the link to the file, but 
when I hit enter it just opens a new tab.  Hmm that's a bit interesting.

And I even tried hitting the applications key to find a save target as, 
because sometimes it works on some sites, but I only see save link as. 
interesting.

Anyway, just to let you know I wasn't able to check out the files.

I see on the site that it says the download is ready, but when I hit enter 
on the sapi demo link, it just oepns another tab in firefox.
