[DECtalk] Any news?

The problem is, Blake and I have done that. We sent a sample of version
4.40 to the head programmer to show how things should sound. We got an
e-mail back saying our version sounded corrupted. This person actually said
that Whispering Wendy shouldn't be whispering. Hello, why does this person
think the name is "Whispering Wendy"?

It is totally clear to Blake and I that this person doesn't know Dectalk.
And if version 4.40 is viewed as corrupted, there is no hope if getting
anything right.

So because of this, I'm hoping the project gets scrapped because this is
becoming in insult to Dennis Klatt.

maybe you should send the demo file over to the guys so they could hear
that and how the other voices sound.
