[DECtalk] SAPI DECtalk news

For few years after Dennis his death in 1990, the Dctalk group was an
official nonprofit group within Digital Equipment Corporation. As the rest
of digital became nonprofit later, we realized we had to make a profit to
survive. Ultimately Digital Equipment Corporation began to fall apart and we
were sold along with the rights to the software. There was a progression of
companies including Smart modular technology and Frce Cmputers.
