[DECtalk] Dectalk USB longer, better demo?

That'd be cool to be able to customize voices to your own tastes, and 
possibly add new ones! I could see having a voice file with the factory 
default voices, the same voices customized to my liking, some totally silly 
voices, possibly the Red Dwarf voices, etc.
