[DECtalk] Dectalk USB longer, better demo?

Do you know if 4.6.4 if the version used in Window Eyes? I know one version
of DECtalk really was unpopular for its sound, 4.6.1 was it. All
Force/Fonix released versions thereafter were that, but confusingly, version
4.6.2 was supposedly what is bundled iwth Window Eyes, and is liked a lot
better. Is it the DECtalk Express 4.2CD? Certainly not, and I wish DECtalk
would sound like that again, but that dream is long since dead.
