[DECtalk] Adding words to Dectalk dictionary

I don't know if this will get through, but I'm working on a way to interface my copy of dectalk access 
32 to nvda. So far, the voices show up as phantoms, but one time I managed to get Dennis 
talking. Then my computer turned off because of low battery.
