[DECtalk] Ed's test of Sample text

hi,

I know this but I won't give it away just yet.

So, just to be sure, the SAPI version of DECTalk we'll have is version
4.67 of DECTalk, Not 4.64? Does this version sound much different than
prior versions? Thanks.
