[DECtalk] Sample text

Hi,

I've created a sample text for testing. This speaks very briefly with each 
of the nine factory default voices, then speaks a few sentences each with 
several of the voices from the DECtalk rendition of Red Dwarf. The Red Dwarf 
voices were designed to be used with DECtalk 4.3 and don't sound quite right 
in 4.61 or 4.64 in some cases. In general, my opinion is that several of the 
factory voices sound different in the 4.6X versions than they did in the 
Digital versions. For example, Wendy doesn't, in fact, whisper. Anyway, 
here's the text.

I'm picking something up. It's another ship. Its name is Deck Talk or 
something very close. They have been conducting an experiment on us all this 
time. That would explain why we've been saying all these silly things. I 
knew I was having trouble finding a record of any voice calibration office 
on Red Dwarf.
