[DECtalk] List UP?

Hi Ed,

Here's my observations on the test2 file.

Certain words, like "qualities," have a slightly longer T sound. This
was evident in the weather file too, for the most extreme example, the
word "Saturday."

The female voices sound good. One thing I noticed is while any of the
female voices said any words like "side," "eying," or anything else
with a long i sound, the i sounds a bit strange. The best way I can
explain this is to imagine combining the short O sound with a long I
sound, if that makes any sense. For example, "side" is being
pronounced "saaeyed"

As for the voices themselves, they're all quite excellent already. I
think Rita might be a tad to low, and Denis is maybe a bit too
breathy, but as Jake said, these can all be tweaked later.

Thanks for the demo and keep up the amazing work!

Alex
