[DECtalk] Announcement! Sapi5 Dectalk will be available!

Hmmm, what kind of kit would do this? Is this that model talker thing meant 
to take your voice and make a synth where you were going to try running Dec 
Talk through it? I was trying to record all that weird garbage to bottle me 
up like that only to find accessibility and the sheer volume of work too 
much. I heard that Drew Webber did it and it made him sound, um, weird. I 
don't know that using word samples with Dec Talk put in will even give us 
anything worth it. If this is some other thing, maybe it'd be cool.
