[DECtalk] Announcement! Sapi5 Dectalk will be available!

Hi Blake,

This is great news!! I'll pass this along and around facebook. If we
can get SAPI5 DECTalk, this means that on the older iPod nano, one
shold be able to make talk files using DECTalk and thus be able to
navigate their device with DECTalk speech, rather than some other
synth. Add this to being able to use DECTalk with NVDA and even
Thunder? Brilliant!
