[DECtalk] I have the dectalk 4.40

Okay... If you run the executable, you'll be put in a Notepad-like editing 
environment. It will open up, and start speaking, a specific file whose name 
is hardcoded. In version 4.3, it's demo.txt.
At the bottom of the screen is, among other things, an indicator of the 
speed, in words per minute. In the 4.3 application, to the right of this are 
three graphical buttons. The first is Play, then Pause, then finally Stop. 
Click on these to perform that action.
