[DECtalk] Unable to view the new dectalk archive site.

You didn't say which site you're going to.  I have several hits on the 
new site and both Jayson and I tested from remote servers, so it should 
be working.  Try this:

http://dectalk.goldenaudio.net/

Just in case, I'll go look but it should be up.
