[DECtalk] dectalk for XP

Alex,
Having used both Dectalk 4.3 and 4.4, I think the voice quality for both
versions is identical. Dectalk started sounding awful when Dectalk 4.6 first
came out (version 4.61). Although Phonix  has attempted to improve voice
quality in recent versions of Dectalk 4.6, I think 4.3 and 4.4 sound the
best.

How is 4.4's quality? Many people say that 4.3 is good and all other
versions sound horrible.  Not needing to have demo.txt as my only file would
be really great (playdec.exe never worked for me).
