[DECtalk] singing the word there's

Hi, One of dectalks inline commands is :dv meaning define voice. Not
sure what all you can do with it, but for more check out chrisN's
dectalk page. Not sure what the url is, but go to zonebbs.com and
click website team, then chrisN.
