[DECtalk] speech rate

Hi,

In order to do any two or more things at the same time, you'll have to
do each of those things individually, save them to a .wav file, and import
them into a multi-track studio program. That's the only way I know of. The
DECtalk software is not able to do two things at once. Also, it's strictly
mono, so in order to get any stereo effects, once again you'll have to use a
multi-track editor. Hope this helps.
Jayson
