  My name's Katie. You can't use access32.syn for dectalk scripting. You 
need a separate program. You can get that program on the ftp server, 
ftp.bluegrasspals.com. If you don't know how to use an ftp server, please 
let me know and I'll be more than happy to send the program by email. Just 
ahead notice, to make dectalk sing, you need to learn a special code called 
phonemics, which is used. It's not that hard to learn, and I can teach you 
the code you need. The program also includes jaws scripts for easier use. If
