[DECtalk] FTP Server Now Supports PASV Mode, DECtalk Archive Works Again!

I still can't get in but I typed ftp.thehorspools.bounceme.net into my 
internet browser and got an error and when I typed just 
thehorspools.bounceme.net I only got a bunch of information about the 
server.
