I just use "aol". Speaking of phonemes and how  to pronounce certain words, 
like when an nd splits a word into two syllables  eg. wonder, thunder, etc., 
how is it possible to do it without getting the d  and the t so obvious. I've 
tried dx, but even that sometimes  fails.
