[DECtalk] SAPI voices

Paul,
As far as I know, the RealSpeak voices can't sing. The reason I have this 
oppinion is that we can not change the pitch of the RealSpeak voices. At 
least, Jaws doesn't offer a pitch change option. I assume the pitch is 
unchangeable because the RealSpeak voices consist of recorded speech, 
instead of synthetic speech.
