[DECtalk] Off-Topic - Daylight Saving Time

Hello,
I have written a document which describes how to change the timezone data in
Windows operating systems in order to deal with the new Daylight Saving Time
rules that go into effect this year in the United States. If you live in the
United States and have not taken any action to correct this problem, you
need to read this, otherwise your computer's clock will be inaccurate for
three weeks in the spring and one week in the fall each year. This document
is written from a blind person's perspective, so I tell you how to do things
from the keyboard, rather than using the mouse. You can find this document,
and the required timezone editor program, here.

Hope this helps.
