[DECtalk] SETTING REGiSTRY SETTINGS

Hi,
I just had another thought.  Snoopy, if you wanted, I could create a custom
version of Playdec for use on your particular CD if you wanted, which uses
either a different initialization file or doesn't even use an ini file but
has the required data hardcoded.  Let's call this, um, an OEM version of
Playdec?  Licensed exclusively for use by purchasers of Snoopi Botten's
"You're Singing with DECtalk" CD.  Probably little point to this though,
since Playdec is freeware and easily obtainable.  But if you wanted
everything to look uniform I could certainly do that.
