[DECtalk] new to the list

Hi,
My [:dv ap] parameter is set to 120.  I guess for some people who are used
to the standard DECtalk defaults, all that intonation might be a bit too
much.  But I personally like it and wish JFW had a way for you to send your
own commands to the synth.
