[DECtalk] new to the list

Sorry, I thought of something else.  You can combine both commands 
into one string.  Just do [:dv pr 250 sr 50 ].  I tried it with the 
DEC Express 4.2CD and it sounds way too inflected for me.  The voice 
sounds like it's having hysterics and varies too much.  What do you 
have the actual pitch set at?  What's the [:dv ap ] parameter?  Maybe 
it needs to be lowered for better results.
