[DECtalk] dectalk version differences

Hi,

I'm not sure.  If it sounds distorted or compressed, it's one of the 
newer versions, whereas if it's more on the breathy side it's an older 
version.  Also, if it needs to go into a "\dec32" directory with a file 
called "gwdec32.exe", running this might speak the version number.

I have Access32.  How do you find out what version you have?  You
can't send the version command since it isn't hardware.  I think it's
the 4.61 release but I have no idea and it doesn't say anywhere.
